Basic Broker
First up, we have our Basic Broker option. With a 9K cap and a 90/10 split, this option is perfect for brokers who are just starting out in the industry or who prefer to work independently.
Option 2
Business Builder
If you’re looking to accelerate the growth of your business, our Business Builder option is the perfect choice for you. You’ll get access to our in-house, exclusive buyer and seller leads, and unlimited support from our marketing team and transaction coordinator. With a 70/30 split for leads, we provide you, and a 90/10 split for everyone else. But that’s not all – we also offer bi-weekly training sessions to keep you up-to-date with the latest techniques and strategies in your field. Plus, as a Business Builder member, you’ll have access to our top-notch Monday Maximizer Calls, and monthly Thursday Call Nights, where you can connect with other brokers and share your experiences and insights.
What You Will Get
Agent Broker Coach
You will have access to Agent Broker Coach, an online training site designed to help brokers enhance their skills and knowledge. With Agent Broker Coach, you'll have access to a wide range of training resources, including videos, articles, and webinars that cover everything from marketing and sales techniques to contract negotiations and legal compliance. This valuable resource is available to all our brokers, regardless of which option you choose, so you can continue to grow and develop your career at your own pace.

We offer our brokers access to KVCore - a powerful website and CRM system that provides them with a custom website to capture and nurture their own traffic, and automatically feed them with quality seller and buyer leads. With access to pre-built nurturing campaigns and active alerts, our brokers can start using the system right away.
Buyer & Seller Leads
(Only for those who will select Business Builder option).
We understand that generating leads is one of the biggest challenges for real estate agents. That's why we take the initiative to run our own targeted ads to generate a steady stream of in-house buyer and seller leads. But we don't stop there - we also offer our brokers the opportunity to run ads specifically for their listings. This means that our brokers get access to high-quality leads without having to spend their own time and money on lead generation.
Monday Maximizer
Every Monday, we will hold a 20-minute training session to help you maximize your potential and achieve your goals. The training will cover a variety of topics, including lead generation, negotiation, and time management. This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn and share your experiences with your colleagues.
